- Minimum age for booking is 27. Persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30
- No Pets Allowed

- Faulty TVs & electrical appliances will be repaired as soon as possible between Mon - Fri, 08h00 & 16h00 (excluding public holidays). No reductions or refunds will be made as a result of such faults or any other problems that may arise

50% Deposit payment to be made immediately to secure the booking if the check in date is more than 30 days from the booking date.
Balance payment is due 30 days prior to check in.
The breakage deposit will be due & payable 5 days prior to check in date & refunded as per the Terms & Conditions.
