Day 1

Transfer to Little Ongava

Upon arriving at Windhoek’s International Hosea Kutako Airport, a representative from Anne Luxury Travel will assist with customs and your check-in for a flight to Ongava Airstrip. After meeting your pilot and flying to the southern boundary of Etosha National Park, a representative from Little Ongava will transfer you to the camp. Spend the afternoon relaxing and watching wildlife at the waterhole before a sundowner drive on the Ongava Game Reserve.

Little Ongava, located on a rocky outcrop within the 30,000-hectare Ongava Game Reserve, offers luxurious accommodations with private suites, plunge pools, and outdoor amenities. Enjoy game drives, visits to hides, and guided walks. The reserve hosts diverse wildlife, including lions, leopards, rhinos, and zebras. Morning game drives into Etosha National Park offer sightings of various species such as lions, elephants, and cheetahs. Day 2

Game Drives at Ongava Lodge & Ongava Research Centre

Today, you will enjoy a morning guided game drive into the southwestern side of Etosha National Park, followed by a late lunch and relaxation by the pool at Little Ongava. In the afternoon, you’ll have another game drive on the private Ongava Reserve, returning in time for dinner at the lodge restaurant. Optionally, you can interact with researchers at the Ongava Research Center.

Etosha National Park spans 22,270 km², including the 5,000 km² Etosha Pan, a large saline desert. The park features grassland, woodland, and savannah, with numerous springs and waterholes attracting diverse wildlife. It is home to 114 mammal species and over 340 bird species, including elephants, lions, giraffes, rhinos, cheetahs, and the endemic black-faced impala.

After a leisurely breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Ongava airstrip for your flight to Hosea Kutako International Airport in Windhoek. Upon arrival, a representative from Anne Luxury Travel will assist with your check-in for your international flight home.
